Mechanical and electrical construction works for 3000 MW Gas Fired Power Plant. The scope includes installation of 5 GE H Class Gas Turbines, 5 Nooter Eriksen HRSGs, 2 Siemens Steam Turbines including all auxiliary BOP equipment and piping.

Reinforcement of Rabigh 1200 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant

Complete mechanical installation of 3 Siemens Gas Turbines and 3 Nooter Eriksen HRSGs, and 1 Doosan Steam Turbine. Alucor scope also includes overall mechanical installation of complete BOP equipment including fabrication & installation of all plant piping including alloy piping for steam (over 140,000 inch dia).

Alucor has successfully completed the construction of a cogeneration power plant and a desalination plant in Saudi Arabia, which will provide 940 MW of power, 1,100 tons per hour of steam, and 19,500 cubic meters per day of desalinated water.

Shuaibah 3 IWP Desalination Plant

Mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation installation services for one of Saudi Arabia's most significant Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Desalination Projects.  The scope of Alucor's work included installation of RO & ERD racks, super duplex and carbon steel piping, pretreatment, post-treatment and so on.

2. NAQAA 150 MIGD RO Desalination Plant.webp

Alucor  successfully completed the NAQAA Desalination Plant in UAQ - UAE, a monumental achievement in the realm of Independent Water Projects (IWP) based on Reverse Osmosis Technology.  The scope of Alucor's work included pre-fabrication and erection of tanks, full mechanical equipment erection for the desalination plant.

The project has been completed successfully in Jubail Saudi Arabia using Alucor in-house management and manpower in Saudi Arabia. Alucor scope of work in this project was supply and installation of all required civil work to build the RO building, electrical buildings and neutralization tanks.

Alucor has executed the design and fabrication of limestone duplex pressure vessels for this project. The project is intended to meet the reserve margin criterion set for peak water demand for the year 2020 and beyond. It utilizes RO on account of its energy-efficiency, and hence is in line with the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050.

ALUCOR has successfully manufactured and fully assembled over 1,200 tons of essential equipment destined for deployment across five distinct power plant lines. The scope included supply and manufacture of grate riddling chutes, feed hoppers, and bottom ash chutes.

Alucor has executed the turnkey design, manufacture, and delivery of 24 Limestone Contactor Pressure Vessels to Al Khobar II Desalination plant. The vessels have been designed, manufactured, and fully fabricated using Alucor engineering in-house capabilities and Alucor fabrication facility in UAE.
