ALUCOR executed the complete design, procurement, manufacturing, and installation works for the upgrade and replacement of critical Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Energy Recovery equipment as part of a turnkey EPC contract.

State-of-the-art components were sourced from Energy Recovery International (ERI), ensuring enhanced efficiency and performance. ALUCOR also designed and installed all electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.

Installation was strategically completed within a one-month planned shutdown to minimize operational disruption and ensure seamless commissioning of the upgraded RO plant.
