Fabrication of non-metallic piping and structural steel erection, executed with precision by ARAMCO-approved laminators and piping professionals. Scope includes RTR pipe fabrication and steel erection, adhering to strict Quality and HSE standards. The project remains dynamic, with potential for future scope expansion.

Replacement & Installation of Valves at HEJP

The Moveyeid Gas Storage Surface Facility Phase II involved engineering and constructing a new gas storage facility. ALUCOR’s scope included installing and commissioning high-pressure compressors, pigging stations, metering skids, and ~7 km of flow-lines and trunk-lines.

Alucor successfully completed EPC works for removal and installation of new fire water network at DUGAS facility in Jebel Ali. The project, executed between Q3 2020 and Q1 2021, involved installation of 5.5km GRP pipeline as well as fire prevention equipment.

Diesel Storage Tanks for British Petroleum
ALUCOR successfully executed the engineering, supply, and fabrication of diesel fuel storage tanks for British Petroleum in Iraq.
Each tank has a capacity of 40,000 liters, delivered to meet stringent quality and safety standards for fuel storage infrastructure.
