Alucor successfully manufactured 520 superstructures, including anode beams, for D18+ technology. The scope included fabrication and installation of airsides for Potrooms 1–3, along with installation of a bypass system to enable silo cleaning operations.

 

Alucor also executed the fabrication, dismantling, and installation works for the Line 2 Anode Forming and Cooling System upgrade, enhancing process efficiency and system performance. Additionally, a 3-year service contract for the ongoing maintenance of potshells and superstructures was delivered, ensuring sustained operational reliability.
