Fabrication of monopile grillage, seafastening and ac tower.
Alucor is proud to announce the successful supply and fabrication of over 2,500 tons of heavy steel structures, utilizing NV A36/D36/E36 material grades, for an offshore project. Our scope of work included the fabrication of Monopile Grillage and Seafastening structures, consisting of four types and a total of 18 modules, ensuring secure transportation and installation of offshore wind components.
Additionally, Alucor fabricated four Anode Cage (AC) Tower Seafastening structures, each measuring 24x13x11.5 meters (HxLxW), designed to provide corrosion protection and stability in offshore environments. The project also encompassed Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and surface preparation, guaranteeing the highest quality and durability of the fabricated components. Following successful completion, the structures were shipped to the Netherlands, reinforcing Alucor’s expertise in delivering high-precision steel solutions for global offshore and renewable energy projects.
