Alucor executed the installation of mechanical equipment and piping works for key process systems, including the Block Oven, Prestressing Equipment, Turning Station, Cast Iron Ingot Drying and Combustion Station, Bar Furnace, Ladle Pre-heating Equipment, Conveyors, and Overhead Cranes.

The scope also covered turnkey electrical installation works for critical equipment and ancillary building systems, including power, lighting, and controls. Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities were carried out under the supervision of the main technology provider, ensuring full system integration and readiness for operation.
