Alucor has successfully completed the fabrication of a 1,652 kg aluminum hull, reinforcing our expertise in high-quality aluminum structures. This project involved precision fabrication using G5083 H111 and 6063 T6 material grades, specifically designed for closed hollow sections, ensuring superior strength and durability.

The aluminum plates used in the fabrication ranged in thickness from 5 to 30 mm, meeting stringent industry standards. Following rigorous quality checks, the completed structure was delivered to the United Kingdom, further showcasing Alucor’s ability to execute complex fabrication projects with precision and efficiency.
