The project aims to create the world’s first fully automated container handling system, capable of storing and sorting up to 5,000 containers simultaneously, each weighing up to 36 tons. This innovation is expected to establish the world’s most sophisticated port, utilizing cutting-edge technology with global export potential.

 

ALUCOR played a key role in the project by providing mechanical assembly and equipment installation, along with executing the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) scope of work. This included the supply of materials, installation of power transformers, and implementation of lighting systems, among other critical tasks.
