ALUCOR is pleased to announce the completion of civil repair and equipment replacement works at a recognized petroleum products storage tank farm in UAE. The project, executed between Q4 2020 and Q1 2021, involved the design & reconstruction of fire water pipeline footings, tank berm & bridge reinstatement, and replacement of bund and dyke walls.

Since the tank farm was fully functional during the time of the execution, the project had to be planned adhering to the highest safety standards without compromising the performance of the existing plant. Given the brownfield nature of the project, the team also had to plan all its activities to allow the owner's team to have full access to the existing equipment at all times.

 

Despite these challenges, our team completed the project ahead of schedule while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
